woman over 50 should definitley work out because after menopause a womans hormone levels change and this effects bone density. working out such as cardio and weight training have proven to help improve bone density and help osteoporsis. you can always start out slow, the theory is train dont strain, taking a walk with a friend two times a day for 15 minutes at a time is a good start. make sure to drink plenty of fluids!!! i know plenty of people who are over 50 and in the best shape of their lives so please stay inspired, i will be posting photos of such people soon to inspire all. fitness is a lifestyle and should not be feared or seen as another chore but something to enjoy so have fun
