hey the key is to burn more calories than you are eating so you should start doing cardio exercise like stationary bike or elliptical machine or rowing machine, or just long walks are good. i will post a new video today with exercise techniques for the abdominals as well. you should take down a diet log of everything you eat for two weeks and then we can go over it. remember to write drinks as well what ever you put in your mouth as well as the time where you ate and what you were feeling and any other details. diet does not mean you have to eat less it means just be more aware of what it is and when.
